REMOTE PC FOR WINDOWS

Your workspace.
Wherever you are.

Connect to your other computer, work on its screen, and send files with the receiver's permission.

Sign up / Login

Windows 10 / 11 · 64-bit · Public installer awaiting signing approval

Trial policy: 7 days, 5 minutes per session, at most 2 authorized accesses per PC per UTC day. Verified login and an active coupon are required for downloads.

CONTROL

Your permission comes first.

The host must Accept your request before any live screen is shared. Full control and receiving files have separate approval checkboxes, both off by default. Later permission changes use Yes / No confirmation. Turn permission off at any time.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

From download to connected.

Install the same application on both computers. The current test installer is unsigned and Windows may display a SmartScreen warning.

1. Use your verified account

Enter your coupon in the Downloads section of your verified account dashboard. Direct installer requests also check current account and coupon eligibility.

2. Activate your access

The trial policy is 7 days, 5 minutes per session and 2 authorized accesses per PC per UTC day. After installation, link your verified account and approved PC in the desktop app. Coupon licenses require owner signed approval; download permission alone does not grant remote access.

3. Use the official connection

Remote PC uses connect.hialexa.com and its separate turn.hialexa.com relay automatically. Production cannot connect to another company's server. Both PCs need Internet access; no manual server or permanent TURN password is required.

4. Request, approve & connect

Share the host's Session ID and PIN. The host selects permissions and Accepts your request. Its small panel then hides to a Connected tray icon. The controller gets a separate desktop view with optional full screen. Click the host tray icon to reopen or Disconnect.

Before you connect

Each PC requires an active trial or valid owner-issued license. Device slots are enforced by the official cloud. A replace-last Business plan can sign out its last slot when a new PC activates; a fixed-PC plan rejects additional PCs. Restrictive networks allowing only TLS on port 443 may need additional relay support.

Public distribution is waiting for a trusted signed installer. Owner-only unsigned test builds are not offered here. Elevated apps and the Windows secure desktop cannot be controlled.
